KOOP’s Summer Adventure Camps
Unique options and materials give your kids a chance to explore their own interests in a supportive and encouraging environment. Uninhibited by age groupings, we offer kids from 5-14 (flexible) the chance to work together and form friendships otherwise unlikely while focused on interesting and collaborative projects that are adaptable to each child’s own desired outcome. Check out our offerings and keep in mind that the kids may use these materials to bring their own ideas to reality- we support kids playing their way!
Week 1 June 5-9, Construction Week: WEEK 1 is FULL!!
Intro to collaboration of age groups, but also split projects.
Age 5-9
Project materials: Wood with hammers and nails, Cardboard fort building, painting projects, Obstacle courses with big loose parts, scientific concoctions, zip line ropes, marble roller coasters and so much more!
Age 10-14
Project Materials: Construction with wood, pallets, hammers & nails, electronics tinkering, zip line, rope fort building, PVC pipe structure building, Painting projects, obstacle course, spray paint art, geocaching, cooking
Week 2, June 12-16: Water Works
Mixed age collaboration (5-14)
Kids choose and lead these DIY Water Works projects: pools, sprinklers, balloons, water wall, Lots of loose parts, hammers & nails, woodworking materials, mud play and much more!
Week 3, June 19-23: Nature Week
Mixed age group (5-14)
Nature based projects, fairy houses,tree forts, troll doors, trips to creeks, hills & lakes nearby, whittling, clay sculpting, teepee building and much more!
Week 4, June 26-30 Combo Week
Mixed age group (5-14)
Combination of all the above projects! Join this week for the best of all 3 weeks!
Hours: 8:30-5:30
Full Day $210
Half Day $150 (either 8:30-1:00 or 1:00- 5:30 Please mark on registration form am or pm)
